Delete your account
Use this form to permanently delete your StockifyX account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
What we will delete
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Your paper-trading portfolio and trade history
- All watchlists and price alerts
- Your AI Coach chat history
- Push notification tokens registered to your account
Aggregated, fully-anonymised analytics that contain no personal identifiers are retained per our Privacy Policy.
Before you continue
- Cancel your subscription separately. Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel iOS subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → StockifyX. Cancel a web subscription on /premium.
- Use your account email. We send a confirmation email to verify the request. We complete the deletion within 7 days and reply to confirm.
- In the iOS app? You can also delete from Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
