By accessing or using StockifyX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Educational & Simulation Purpose Only
StockifyX is a paper trading simulator for educational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or an offer to buy or sell any security. All trading on StockifyX uses virtual money. No real financial transactions occur. Past simulated performance does not predict real investment results.
3. Not a Broker or Financial Institution
StockifyX is not registered with the SEC, FINRA, or any financial regulatory body. We are not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution. Do not make real investment decisions based on information displayed on StockifyX.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using StockifyX, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
5. Account & Data
Watchlist, portfolio, and alert data may be stored in your browser's local storage. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to browser resets, device changes, or cache clearing.
6. Market Data
Price data displayed on StockifyX may be delayed up to 15 minutes and is sourced from third-party data providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data. Always verify prices with a licensed broker before making real investment decisions.
7. AI Analysis Disclaimer
AI-powered signals and analysis on StockifyX are generated algorithmically and are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice. AI analysis may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. Never trade real money based solely on AI signals.
8. Affiliate Relationships
